The high court has postponed the sakrama hearing to 22nd august 2011 as usual. From sources it is learnt that there are vested interests preventing the dismissal of the case and employing delaying tactics. Looks like some hidden powers are acting who do not want sakrama to be implemented by the current government.
Any guesses on who these powers could be? Who ever it is, it is the common people who are still having B-Khata who cannot get loan and building sanctions that are suffering. They are forced to stay on heavily rented properties like (15k for 2bhk). But looks like the common dont mind this suffering, because I dont even see a single comment on any of the blogs expressing any concern.
